How to Prepare with MiniBridge Practice
- Learn the rules. Read the WBF Learn Minibridge guide and the practice questions before your first board.
- Build confidence at Table 1, then try Table 2. Start with basic robots. Table 2 uses the MIT bridge-engine strategy adapted for beginner-to-intermediate practice.
- Play with your partner at Tables 3–4. Use a shared table for human players or configurable DDS robots, then discuss the hands together.
- Plan declarer play at Table 5. This special training mode puts you in the declaring seat against three DDS robots. It uses a different declarer-selection method from the standard practice tables.
- Review at Table 9. Save a completed board as PBN and replay each card. Compare your result with the DDS analysis, which assumes all four hands are known.
Our suggested practice routine is to play a short set, choose one hand to review, and explain your plan to your partner. For guided instruction, see youth bridge coaching with Casper Gu.

Bridge the Future Tutoring provides independent practice and coaching. WBF organizes the championship and handles official registration and tournament access. Playing at our practice tables does not register you for the WBF event.
